Seller Agreement

Must be accepted before seller registration

1. Identity Verification

I agree to provide my:

• Valid Uganda National ID
• NIN (National Identification Number)
• Live face verification
• Accurate personal information

2. Face Data Storage

I understand that:

• My face data will be stored PERMANENTLY
• It cannot be deleted even after account deletion
• It is used to prevent multiple accounts
• It prevents me from creating duplicate accounts

3. Accurate Listings

I agree that:

• All specifications must be ACCURATE
• Photos must be ORIGINAL (not from internet)
• Wrong specs may result in ACCOUNT BAN
• NO REFUND on banned accounts

4. Subscription Terms

I understand that:

• Entry price is promotional (6 months)
• Prices increase gradually (Months 7-12)
• Full price applies from Month 13
• Downgrading resets my followers/reviews to ZERO

5. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

I understand that the following result in immediate ban:

• Fake products
• Stolen items
• Multiple accounts
• Stolen identity
• Fake specifications
• Fraudulent payments

NO REFUNDS for banned accounts.

6. Data Retention

I understand that after account deletion:

• Face data is retained forever
• NIN is retained forever
• Device fingerprint is retained forever
• Transaction logs retained 7 years
